Radworks is building a sovereign developer stack that enables developers to securely host, collaborate, and reward open-source code. Radworks supports Radicle [https://radicle.xyz/], a sovereign peer-to-peer network for code collaboration, built on top of Git, and Drips [https://www.drips.network/], a decentralized toolkit for continuously funding critical software dependencies.

We are looking to increase awareness of Radworks ecosystem projects and engagement around the RAD token among current and potential token holders and enhance the quality of interactions with and within the Radworks Ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who possesses both leadership skills and the ability to execute marketing strategies as an individual contributor.

As Marketing Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and user growth.
• Lead and guide a team of marketing professionals.
• Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to the technical expertise and interests of engineers across various channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively in order to achieve your objectives.

Candidates should be highly independent and creative problem solvers, great communicators and passionate about technical communities. Candidates should bring the appetite and ability to experiment with marketing techniques and adapt actions and priorities, based on what’s working and what’s not working.

Our ideal candidate

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results targeted at developers.
• Has experience managing marketing activities within tokenized communities, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and grow community involvement.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
